- carrot(s) chopped (2 big)
- medium potato(es) chopped (2)
- ginger grated or paste (¼ tsp)
- onion(s) chopped (1)
- oil or butter (2 tablespoon(s)
- Staeta Original (1 teacup(s))
- salt, black pepper and mint or green coriander (to season)

- Boil the chopped carrot(s) and potato (es) in a vessel for about 7 minutes or till tender. Cool.
- Add Staeta original, salt and pepper and blend in a blender.
- Heat oil or butter on medium level in a pan for a few seconds. Add the chopped onions. Fry on medium heat for about 4 minutes or till onions are transparent, and then add ginger paste.
- Now add vegetable puree. Stir well. Bring to boil and then keep on low heat for about 3 minute(s).
- Garnish with chopped mint or green coriander.
- Serve hot with: bread sticks.
