- Spinach washed and chopped (500 grams)
- Garlic buds crushed (2)
- ginger paste or crushed (½ tsp)
- oil or butter (2 tablespoon(s))
- Staeta original (1 teacup)
- water (1 teacup(s))
- salt and pepper (to taste)

- Boil spinach in a little water on medium heat until tender. Set aside to cool
- Blend the puree and Staeta Original in a blender
- In a pan, heat oil or butter on medium level for a few seconds. Add the crushed garlic and ginger and fry.
- Add the blended puree. Add more Staeta to get the required consistency. Mix well and keep on medium heat for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with croutons.
