Staeta Palak Soup


  • Spinach washed and chopped (500 grams)
  • Garlic buds crushed (2)
  • ginger paste or crushed (½ tsp)
  • oil or butter (2 tablespoon(s))
  • Staeta original (1 teacup)
  • water (1 teacup(s))
  • salt and pepper (to taste)



  • Boil spinach in a little water on medium heat until tender. Set aside to cool
  • Blend the puree and Staeta Original in a blender
  • In a pan, heat oil or butter on medium level for a few seconds. Add the crushed garlic and ginger and fry.
  • Add the blended puree. Add more Staeta to get the required consistency. Mix well and keep on medium heat for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot with croutons.
